These are the terms for playing Gralken. They are short because the game is small.
Early days
Gralken is in early development. Things will break, balance will change, and saves may occasionally need to be reset. Play it as the work in progress it is.
Age
Gralken is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not play, and please do not enter any personal information anywhere in the game.
Characters are written by an AI
The words the game's characters say are generated by an AI model as you play. They are fiction. They can be wrong, strange, or contradict themselves, and nothing a character says is advice about anything real.
Sponsored content
Some billboards, posters, and quests are paid for by sponsors and are labelled Sponsored. Sponsors do not receive information about you. See the privacy page for exactly what is and is not recorded.
Purchases
When the shop is open, purchases of in-game currency and items are final except where the law says otherwise. What you buy stays with your browser's game identity and survives Start Over.
Fair play
Do not attack, overload, or scrape the service, and do not put other people's personal information into the game. That is all.
No warranty
Gralken is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the maker is not liable for any loss arising from playing it.
